Ministry of Islamic Affairs has announced that Eid prayer will be held in congregation in 25 mosques in four areas of Male' city.
According to the Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Eid prayers will be held in a large congregation in Male' city at Maafannu Stadium and football stadium in Villimale'. Eid prayers will be held in large congregations at the synthetic track and cricket stadium in Phase II in Hulhumale'.
Mosques to offer Eid prayers in Male' city:

- Masjid al-Maliki Salman (Salman Miskiy)

- Masjid al-Noor
- Masjid al-Shaheed Ali
- Masjid al-Sultan Hassan Izzuddin (Tayyiba Mosque)
- Masjid al-Sultan Mohammad Faridul Awwal (Dhunburi Miskiy)
- Masjid al-Sultan Mohammad Shamsuddin (Bandaara Miskiy)
- Masjid Shaheed Abdul Rahman (Fandiyaaru Miskiy)
- Masjid al-Salahuddin
- Masjid al-Jalaluddin
- Masjid al-Ibrahim
- Masjid al-Iskandar
- Vaguthee Miskiy (Boduge)
- Masjid al-Sultan Mohammad Imamuddin

According to the Ministry, Eid prayers will be held congregation in all the mosques on Friday if the weather conditions are alright.
The mosques and areas for large congregations for Eid prayers will also include sections for women, Islamic Ministry said.
Eid prayers will be held at 0700hrs on Sunday.
