MTCC delivers fifth shipment of concrete blocks for GA. Villingili Harbour Development Project

Maldives Transport and Contracting Company (MTCC) has delivered the fifth shipment of concrete blocks required for phase 3 of the GA. Villingili Harbour Development Project to the project site.

MTCC said the new harbour basin dredging work has reached 75% completion, and quay wall concrete works have reached 89% completion.

Scope of work for the project include dredging and excavation operations of 59,536.80 cbm harbour basin, construction of a 275m breakwater, a 613m revetment, a 105m groyne, a 685m quay wall.

The project is valued at MVR 107.86 million.
