Expatriate attacked by shark after falling off fishing vessel

An expatriate got attacked by a shark after falling off a fishing vessel.

'One' has come to know that the expatriate injured in the shark attack works on GDh. Thinadhoo's 'Kalhirava' fishing vessel.

"The incident took place near Kooddoo. He caught a shark on his pole and line and fell into the sea and was attacked by it," a source told 'One'.

'One' has come to know the man sustained injuries to his right arm and leg.

The expatriate has been transferred to GA. Vilingili hospital for further treatment.
