Maldives Association of Travel Agents and Tour Operators (MATATO) has scheduled their 2022 Annual General Meeting for June 4th.
A notice issued by MATATO regarding the AGM last Saturday stated that their AGM will be held on June 4th, 2022 and that a venue and time will be shared with their members at a later date. It further added that this meeting will see members being elected to the association's steering committee for the next two years.
The notice noted that only those who have paid the 2022 fee by 31st May 2022 and registered travel agencies at the Tourism Ministry will be able to compete.
Electable positions in MATATO steering committee:
- President - 1 position
- Vice President - 2 positions
- Treasurer - 1 position
- Members - 5 poisitons
General members of MATATO can compete for the committee. Those who are interested are advised to submit the duly filled forms to their secretariat by 15:00 hours on 1st of June, 2022.
