Previous govt was negligent in Bestinet issue: Ihsaan

Homeland Minister Ali Ihsaan has stated that it was the previous government that was negligent in not making a decision regarding the agreement made with Malaysia's Bestinet company to create an expat system to manage affairs of foreigners living in the Maldives.
