President Solih congratulates Modi on election win

President Ibrahim Mohamed Solih has congratulated the Indian Prime Minister, Narendra Modi on winning the Indian General Election.

The Maldivian President took to Twitter stating that it is a strong affirmation of the Indian people's confidence in the government led by BJP.

President Solih said that he looks forward to closer and enhanced ties in the Maldives-India cooperation.
